DOWNEY - Linda Jean Garcia, known to family and friends as "Moo," passed away Sept. 22. She was 64.Garcia was born in Pomona on Oct. 5, 1944 to Fred and Bertha Thomas. She enjoyed watching television and playing bingo. She is survived by her husband, Frank; sons, Shawn, Joseph and Michael; daughter-in-law, Denise; daughter, Lori; son-in-law, Rick Keltner; sister, Lyn Thomas; and grandchildren, Krystal, Kaci, Karli and Karson Keltner, and Jade, Eryka, Shawn and Sarra Garcia. A celebration of life service was held Tuesday at Downey Zrelak Family Mortuary.
