Dear Editor:

This 2020 election is unique and unprecedented, to say the least. Candidates seeking election are doing everything they can to reach voters quickly to introduce themselves and their priorities once elected. At times, these activities may be overwhelming to voters.

Out of the many candidates running for office, one stood out to me; Mazen Nabulsi or "MAZ" as he introduces himself. His enthusiastic, charismatic personality and track record of service to Cerritos College and students is unmatched. Mazen is committed to building relationships and helping students achieve their educational goals and potential.

I'm proud to endorse him for the Cerritos College Board. He has been a passionate advocate for community college education over the last 20 years, since his years as a student body president at Cerritos College.

I ask you, Downey voters, to help MAZ get elected as he will continue to be a strong advocate for all students at Cerritos College.
