Dear Editor:

The speeding, racing and red light running in this city has become an epidemic. 

Am I alone in wondering why these dangerous drivers do not feel concerned about being cited by DPD? And while this is going on, senior drivers all over the city drive in fear of being written up for a burned out taillight.
