DOWNEY – Assemblywoman Blanca Pacheco is accepting nominations for her 2024 Woman of the Year.

Pacheco is hosting her second annual Woman of the Year Awards in March, celebrating women of distinction in various backgrounds, including businesswomen, artists, community organizers, teachers, medical professionals, activists, religious leaders, researchers, and more.

Nominations are open to women who live or contribute to the 64th Assembly District, which includes Downey, Bell, Bell Gardens, Cudahy, La Habra, La Mirada, Norwalk, Santa Fe Springs, and unincorporated East and South Whittier.
