Just in time for Father's Day, Sgt. Jose Munguia will return to his home in Downey this week before he departs for a second deployment to Afghanistan on Aug. 6. Munguia attended Warren High School and completed Army boot camp in Oklahoma, where he was ranked high in all areas.
