July 23, 1953 - January 10, 2022

JEANNE DEE (WESTPHAL) JACOBSON was born on July 23rd, 1953, the daughter of Paul and Hazel Westphal of Downey, California. Our beloved JEANNE passed away from COVID on January 10, 2022, and went to our Lord in Heaven. Jeanne graduated from Warren High School and also went to Cerritos College. JEANNE was twice married, with no children, and lived all of her adult life in Downey. JEANNE was a collector of many different things, such as antiques, jewelry, purpled glass, you name it! She is survived by her sister, Jan Richards, of Riverside; her newphews Brandon Richards, of Riverside, Jody Richards of Texas, and also relatives in the Midwest. JEANNE will be greatly missed by her many friends and family, and her two dogs, Opie and Leela. A celebration of JEANNE’s life is planned for Wednesday, January 26th from 5pm to 8pm at Elks Lodge 11213 Woodruff Ave., Downey.
