DOWNEY - James "Jim" Mraz, 82, a former Downey resident and longtime owner of Gallatin Meats, died July 1 at his home in Flower Mound, Tex.He was a member of Norwalk Golden Trowel Masonic Lodge and an avid sportsman and fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; son, Don Mraz; and daughters, Kay Moore and Laura Ocana, all residing in Texas.
