December 17, 1924 - November 24, 2018

Isabel S. Frailey, 93, of South Gate, passed away peacefully at her home on November 24, 2018. She was born on December 17, 1924 in Huntington Park, California. At an early age her and her family moved to Gardena, CA where she graduated from high school in 1942. She worked as a laundromat attendant and as a waitress prior to being hired by Owens Illinois Glass Company in Vernon where she retired after 39 years of employment. In May 2001, she was named Senior of the Year in Downey.

Isabel loved music, dancing, cooking, baking, sewing, gardening, pets, playing bingo, going to the casino, family time and watching her favorite baseball team, the LA Dodgers. She was predeceased by her daughter Darlene Frailey in 2001. She is survived by her two daughters, Gerri Cunningham and her husband Howard, of Downey, Ca, and Geneva Frailey of South Gate, Ca, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Services will be held at All Souls Mortuary 4400 Cherry Ave., Long Beach, CA 90807 on Monday, December 10th, at 11am. Reception to follow.
