Marie Callender’s in Downey expects to permanently close Sunday, according to an employee who asked to remain anonymous.

The worker said staff was informed of the decision Wednesday.

When I called the restaurant, employees said they couldn’t comment. A representative from corporate was not immediately available to speak.
