DOWNEY - A Downey industrial complex has sold for just less than $10 million, Coreland Companies real estate company announced on Wednesday.Located on 7.1 acres at 9220 Hall Rd., the transaction consisted of 45 condominium units encompassing 174,380 square feet and situated in a newly-completed 50-unit industrial development.
