DOWNEY - Officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will give a presentation at the April 27 Business Watch meeting, starting at 12:30 p.m. inside council chambers at City Hall.The meeting is open to Downey business owners. ICE agents will discuss "security measures to take as a local business owner." The Downey Police Department will also be present to discuss local crime trends in the business community.
