DOWNEY – Air Force Airman Tatiana Hurtado graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. She completed an eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

She graduated from Downey High School in 2013. She is the niece of Jason Turner and Daniella Hoyer-Turner, of Pyallup, Calif., and Heddy Hoyer, of Downey.
