DOWNEY - Deborah Fridman of Long Beach Memorial Medical Center will be guest speaker when the local chapter of the National Assn. of Active and Retired Federal Employees meets Wednesday at noon inside the senior center.Fridman's topic is "Clinical Trials" and begins at 1 p.m. The meeting is free and open to the public.
