DOWNEY - Divine Talents, a non-profit music education group, will perform holiday carols Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. inside the Downey City Library.The public is invited to the free event. Under the direction of John Heideman and Tim Garcia, Divine Talents have performed for the Holiday Lane Parade, Kids Day and at Stonewood Center.
