DOWNEY - A gourmet food truck festival will take place at Stonewood Center in October, mall officials confirmed.Details - including the date - are still being finalized, but 10-15 food trucks are expected to take part. Golf 'N Stuff in Norwalk hosted gourmet food trucks last month to large crowds.
