WHITTIER - Funeral services for Cesar Rodriguez, a 19-year-old Explorer at the Norwalk Sheriff's Station, will be held Sept. 2 at 9 a.m. at Rose Hills Memorial Park.The ceremony will take place inside Sky Rose Chapel. Rodriguez and a friend, 24-year-old Larry Villegas, were shot and killed early Sunday in a drive-by shooting in unincorporated Whittier.
