DOWNEY - Former Warren High School teacher Sharon Simonian will be guest speaker at the Sept. 12 meeting of the Downey Christian Women's Club.The meeting starts at 11:30 a.m. at Los Amigos Country. All are invited, including men. Simonian's topic is "What is a Category 3 gift?" Gerald Blackburn, president of the Aerospace Legacy Foundation, will also give a presentation.
