DOWNEY - A Mexican ballet folklorico festival will be held at the Downey Theatre this weekend featuring dance groups from throughout Southern California.The festival, "Sin Fronteras 2010," takes place Nov. 19-21. Nearly 20 ballet folklorico groups will participate in the festival, including Ballet Folklorico Izel of Las Vegas and the Ballet Folklorico de Cal State Fullerton.
