DOWNEY - Parents of DUSD middle school students are invited to the Sussman Middle School cafeteria on Saturday to meet the tutors approved by the school district.Parents will have the opportunity to meet the tutors and ask questions about free tutoring services available. Parents can also select a tutor for their student. The DUSD offers free tutoring to middle school students who receive free or reduced-price meals at school. Saturday's event is from 9 a.m. to noon. Sussman Middle School is at 12500 Birchdale Ave.
