DOWNEY — Downey High girls basketball player Rachel Spinosa was named to the All-CIF Southern Section representing Division 2AA. 

Spinosa finished the season averaging 14.7 points per game, along with 7.1 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 3.4 steals, according to MaxPreps. 

She graduated last month and will play college basketball at Life Pacific University.
