DOWNEY — The Columbia Memorial Space Center is hosting the Girls in STEM Club Science Fair this Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, with a wide variety of science fair projects on display, including on the topics of polymers, black holes and plant physiology. 

From 10 am to 1 pm, attendees can speak with professional women in different STEM careers. The women will share their experiences selecting a STEM career, the impact it’s made on them, and how their jobs affect our world. 

There will also be an on-site career fair. 

The Science Fair is open to all ages and all genders. Admission is free.
