DOWNEY – The City of Downey will hold a dedication ceremony for the Firestone Boulevard Improvement Project on Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 3 p.m. The ceremony will take place at the Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market parking lot, located at 8320 Firestone Blvd. City officials, along with representatives from the construction team, will be present to acknowledge the completion of this $5 million project.
