Students from Downey Adult School’s Dental Assisting program graduated Dec. 11 during a ceremony in the school’s Harriett Paine Events Center. Students who went “above and beyond” during the program were honored during the ceremony, which also included a slideshow presentation showcasing students’ work in the community.

“The event beautifully celebrated the achievements of all the graduates and acknowledged their accomplishments in jump-starting their careers in the dental field,” said adult school Principal Blanca Rochin.
