Downey Adult School will hold registration Sept. 2 for Mommy/Daddy & Me preschool, a program designed to equip children to enter kindergarten with confidence. Parents participate in their child's activities as well as weekly discussion sessions intended to strengthen their parenting skills. Guest speakers and field trips are part of the program. Registration is from 9-11 a.m. in the parent/child classroom at Downey Adult School. School begins Sept. 7.
