DOWNEY - Dorothy Ann Frazier, a 50-year resident of Los Angeles County, passed away Oct. 16 in Artesia. She was 82.She was born May 31, 1927 in Bakersfield. She was a homemaker and belonged to Florence Avenue Foursquare Church. A funeral service will take place today at 3 p.m. at Miller-Mies Chapel in Downey. Internment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Bakersfield. She is survived by her husband, Robert Frazier; sons, Steven, Russell and Ron Frazier; daughters, Claire Frazier-Yzaguirre and Josie Hartwell; sister, JoEllen Cummings; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandson. She was predeceased by her daughter, Kathleen Frazier, on Oct. 5.
