Doo Dah Parade Saturday

PASADENA - The zany, wacky Doo Dah Parade will relocate to E. Colorado Boulevard in East Pasadena when it parades across town tomorrow at 11 a.m.Known as the twisted sister of its counterpart Rose Parade, the Doo Dah Parade began in 1978 and gained national attention for its eccentric and often irreverent satire. More than 1,000 marchers will take part in this year's parade, including Dr. Steel's Army of Toy Soldiers, Girls Who Draw Girls on Roller Skates, Snotty Scotty & the Hankies, Clown Doctors from Outer Space and more. The parade is free to watch and attend, and plenty of street parking will be available. Guests should arrive early and bring a chair. For more information, go to www.pasadenadoodahparade.info.
