DOWNEY -- The Downey Sister Cities Association is collecting used (but working) wheelchairs, walkers and crutches, which will be donated to people who cannot afford them.Items can be dropped off in the care of Moses Miranda at Downey Used Cars, 10021 Lakewood Blvd. Arrangements can also be made to have donations picked up at your home.
