Dolores Farris

Entered into this life June 14, 1931. Entered into eternal life January 15, 2017

A native of Los Angeles, Dolores Stevens grew up during the Great Depression. From a young age she was taught the importance of her faith in the Lord Jesus. Lowell and Dolores were married in Spring of 1950. In 1955 they moved to Downey. Dolores had a few jobs, besides raising their children she was a cashier at Ralph’s Grocery Store and working in the Downey Unified School District.


After suffering a stroke, Dolores passed away surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband of 65 years Lowell, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.


In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting a donation be made to either Operation Smile or the Fred Jordan Mission.
