DOWNEY - The Downey Junior Athletic Association is holding flag football sign-ups Saturday from 9-11 a.m. at Apollo Park.The league is open to kids in grades K-8. Parents should bring a copy of their child's birth certificate and report card when registering. The registration fee is $75. All players must be registered by Sept. 15.
