DOWNEY -- Kids ages 6-14 are invited to spend spring break at Wilderness Park for a day camp offered by the city of Downey Community Services Department.From April 13-17, children can enjoy crafts, cooking and games, all managed by an experienced staff. Cost is $80 and includes materials, supplies, a walking field trip to Rio San Gabriel Park, and a daily snack. For an additional $40, extended care is available from 7-9 a.m. and 3:30-6 p.m. Registration is currently underway at City Hall.
