DOWNEY - Downey Adult School is offering five new classes regarding investment development.The new classes are Budgeting and Savings, Introduction to Investments, Introduction to Retirement Planning, Financial Planning Seminar, and Introduction to Insurance and Annuities. All classes are one-day courses held Wednesdays from 6-9 p.m. The instructor, Cesar Macedo, is a certified financial planner who manages an investment firm in Downey.
