DOWNEY - Richard Daggett, president of the Polio Survivors Association, will be the featured speaker when the Downey Coordinating Council meets Nov. 2 at noon at the Barbara J. Riley Community and Senior Center.Daggett's biography, "Not Just Polio: My Life Story," published in 2010.
