DOWNEY - D. Mark Morris, a housing planner with the city of Downey and a Downey school board member, will be guest speaker when the Downey Coordinating Council holds its monthly meeting Jan. 4 at noon inside the Barbara J. Riley Community and Senior Center.Morris has been employed by the city for 28 years and currently works in the Community Development Department's Housing Division. The meeting is open to the public.
