NORWALK - Cerritos College's Black Student Union is planning an event next month to honor Black History Month."Black Expressions through Black Art" will take place Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the Cerritos College Student Center. The event will feature guest speakers including Mandla Kayise, founder and CEO of New World Education; and songwriter and pianist Howlett "Smitty" Smith. There will also be a fashion show, talent show, entertainment, vendor booths and prizes.
