DOWNEY - The Downey Newcomers Club is planning to celebrate Valentine's Day at its meeting this Monday at Frantone's Pizza.The meeting begins at 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch at 12. Bingo will be played after lunch. The meeting is open to the public.
