City and county officials joined developer National Community Renaissance last week to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new 50-unit affordable housing complex on 2nd Street in Downtown Downey. The development, known as The View, will feature 35 two-bedroom and 15 three-bedroom units. All units will have private balconies.
