DOWNEY -- The Love, Peace and Happiness Church in Downey invites the community to their annual Soul Winning Conference, kicking off Sunday and then continuing Wednesday through next Sunday following a two-day break.Special workshops and inspirational services were held this past week in anticipation of the conference, themed "Connecting to Kingdom Greatness through Evangelism." Evangelist David Piper, founder of New Day World Ministries, will be the conference's guest speaker. The church will host a mass outreach March 7 at 9 a.m. as part of the conference. The conference will end March 8 at 3:30 p.m. with closing words from evangelist Neldra Winkley. The public is invited to the free conference.
