DOWNEY - The Downey Chamber of Commerce will honor outstanding volunteers and businesses at a luncheon July 31 at the Rio Hondo Event Center.The Chamber will recognize its small and large businesses of the year, outstanding committee persons of the year, director of the year, and volunteer of the year.
