DOWNEY - This Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting of the Downey Cemetery District Board of Trustees has been pushed back to Wednesday at 5 p.m.The meeting was postponed due to a budget study session the City Council will hold inside council chambers Tuesday. On Wednesday, the cemetery board is expected to discuss a headstone replacement policy and approve a proposed budget for fiscal year 11-12. The meeting begins inside council chambers.
