DOWNEY - Brownie Troop No. 11105 donated 13 new books to the Rio San Gabriel Elementary School library last Friday during a third-grade assembly.Troop members purchased the books using $100 they raised through magazine and nut sales. The donation was part of the troop's "Brownie Quest" to learn about themselves, their families and their community in an effort to become leaders.
