DOWNEY - The National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Southeast Chapter will meet Wednesday at 1 p.m. inside the Barbara J. Riley Community & Senior Center.The featured speaker will be Jenny Alonzo from Behavioral Health Services. She will speak on "How to be a Smart Supermarket Shopper." The meeting is free and the public is invited to attend.
