DOWNEY – Due to a scheduled Southern California Edison power outage, several city facilities will be closed Friday, April 24. Closures include the Barbara J. Riley Community and Senio Center, the Parks and Recreation administration office, the ASPIRE office, and the McCaughan gymnasium.

There will be no front office staff to answer telephones, nor will the public be able to enter/acess the facilities.

All facilities will resume normal operating hours on Saturday.
