The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals South Bay hosted its 2022 New Board Installation Gala on Friday Feb. 11, at the Palos Verdes Golf Club in Palos Verdes.

This year the group installed its youngest president in the history of NAHREP, Alfred Tovar.

The new board was installed by State Sen. Bob Archuleta, with Assembymember Cristina Garcia as keynote speaker.

Downey Mayor Blanca Pacheco and Cerritos College Board of Trustees Mariana Pacheco were invited as guests.

The Executive Board of Directors includes: President Alfred Tovar, Immediate Past President Shalimar Guillen, Vice President Ray Fernandez-Silva, Secretary Irma Rene Garcia and Treasurer Paula Mejia.

Directors include: Maria Rubio, Sandra Carnet, Dulce Poncelis, Yvette Gilliam-McCullough, Denise Garcia, Norma Angelica Gutierrez, Sonia Moncayo, Alfonso Osorio, Gay-Lynn Olmos Barnes, Lisa Lombardi, Angelica Vazquez, Maxine Munoz Woodley.
