Downey resident and CSULB student, Alex Ceja, passed away on April 21. Alex was born May 13, 1990 in Glendale California, to Victor and Maria Ceja. He grew up in Echo Park and in Downey, California with his four sisters, April, Chris, Stephanie and Isabella. Alex was a 4 year Warren Band Member in which he played the Tenor Sax and Mellophone. After graduating from Warren High School, Alex began to study Computer Engineering at Cal State Long Beach.
