Adele Burger was a long time resident of Downey and a dedicated member of many wonderful organizations: The Downey Women’s Club, the Assistance League, and the Christian Women’s Organization; she also volunteered her time toward many other worthwhile causes.

Adele passed away on Monday, June 5th, at the age of 77. She is survived and will be dearly missed by her husband of 57 years, Karl, and her sons, Robert and Richard, as well as her 7 grandchildren.
