DOWNEY - Local residents with broken bicycles can have them fixed at no charge at Desert Reign Church on Wednesday from 7-8 p.m.
In conjunction with the event, the Royal Rangers, Outpost 132 is hosting a bicycle rally (with timed obstacle course) for boys entering grades 1-5.
Kids must bring their own bicycles and helmets.
